Jennifer McMaster

Psychotherapist, Coach, & Wellbeing Consultant

Hi, I'm Jennifer

I’m a therapist, coach, speaker, and fellow human navigating life with curiosity, courage, and care.

My work is rooted in the belief that transformation doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be joyful, embodied, and deeply meaningful.

With over 20 years of experience in social work, kinesiology, health promotion, and coaching, I help people reconnect to their bodies, values, and purpose. I’ve supported clients through anxiety, trauma, grief, identity shifts, leadership transitions, chronic illness, and the everyday challenges of being human.

What sets my work apart is how we weave together the science of behavior change with holistic, intuitive practices: storywork, movement, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and intentional language.

It’s not about fixing. It’s about becoming more of who you already are.

Whether you’re here for therapy, coaching, or a workshop—I’ll meet you where you are, and walk alongside you from there.
