How do I know if you're the right coach/therapist for me?

The relationship between practitioner and client is essential for effective transformation. I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call where we can discuss your goals and how I might support you. This gives us both a chance to assess if my approach aligns with your needs.

In our free discovery session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where we’ll take some time to get to know each other. I’ll listen to your goals, challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve through coaching, counseling, or therapy. This session is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about my approach, experience, and how I work. It’s also a chance for you to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit for one another. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how I can support you, and we’ll discuss next steps if you feel ready to move forward.

If we decide we are a good fit based on our Discovery Call, before we even have our first session, I provide intake forms and questionnaires to help orient us to our work together, so you feel comfortable and prepared when we begin. This helps ensure we’re both on the same page from the start. In our first session, we’ll dive deeper into your story and explore your goals, challenges, and any specific issues you’re looking to work throughI will create a safe and supportive space where you can feel comfortable sharing, and we’ll collaborate to identify the best approach for your needs. Depending on the type of service you’re seeking—whether it’s coaching, counseling, or therapy—we may discuss strategies, set clear goals, and begin exploring action steps or coping techniques. Our work together will be personalized to fit your unique situation, and we’ll lay the foundation for a trusting relationship focused on achieving positive change.

Most clients benefit from weekly sessions, especially at the beginning of our work. As new patterns become established, we might shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. I’ll provide recommendations based on your needs, but you always determine the pace that works best for you.

Transformation is a unique process for each person. Some clients achieve their goals in 6-10 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support over 6-12 months. We’ll regularly assess your progress and adjust our approach accordingly.

Yes, I offer secure video sessions for clients. The experience is adapted to ensure you receive the full benefits of our work together, including embodiment practices that work well in a virtual setting.
